I am happy to announce a new member of staff: Jamie, to the Content Manager team. Jamie has shown that he's an active, thoughtful, rule abiding and grammatically correct member, and therefore has what it takes to help manage the site. I'd also like to take this time to thank all our staff for remaining active, and performing their role accordingly. Remember, you can find a list of all current staff here.

Hello,
RSZ is changing; we are becoming more innovative, dynamic, strategic and most importantly, we're creating long term partnerships with other sites in the aim to ultimately become more known, more recognised, and one of our most important objectives, unique. For a long time now I've been theorising about how to complete these objectives, and I'm happy to say that I've come to the conclusion.
You are going to be seeing some long term changes around here; they won't be over night, but rest assured, they shall arrive with good time. Death's currently busy with a massive project of which shall be released fairly soon, we have a truly unique feature on it's way, which shall rival those of other fansites, and I'm busy establishing long term partnerships with other sites (including RuneHQ) and overseeing the development of RSZ.
One of the most difficult obstacles we've faced with RSZ is that there are quite a lot of far more established fansites out there; these sites have been around far longer than us, have far more members, lots more coders and are dominating the market. I've spoken with the administrators of RuneHQ, and they're happy to push some of their traffic our way, in return for use of our new feature (which is currently in Alpha stages). This shall hopefully bring us more traffic, which will in turn generate more discussion and usage of the site, which shall then give us a massive push in obtaining more guides and publicity.
It is with great regret that Flame, a Forum Curator has left the administration team. He's put in a lot of work to RSZ, much of which we wouldn't be where we are without. He left voluntarily, and will be deeply missed, however I must stress that the details of this incident are personal to him, and private between him and the administration. Those members who use this incident to try and cause arguments on either the chatbox or forum will be subject to punishment; I've stated that we're changing, and if you don't like our regulations, then I MUST stress that the perfect channel of contacting us would be via the Feedback forums. We will not consider any ranting on the chatbox. If you're unsure of whether or not to say something on the chatbox, either ask a member of staff, or use the Precautionary Principal.
