Jagex has an 'Account Review' thread for posting the names of permanently banned or muted RuneScape accounts; one the account name has been posted, a Jagex staff member will review the account, and perhaps grant it a second chance. The official 'Account Review' thread gets full of names, and hence, they close it occasionally for a few weeks in order to review all accounts posted so far.
If the 'Account Review' thread is close, you can't post on the forums or would like someone else to post it for you, feel free to post the usernames of any accounts of which you own and are permanently banned or muted here; a member of RSZ will post the names of the accounts on the thread for you.
Note to those who are using this service:
We are NOT Jagex, we CANNOT unban or unmute your account; we are simply passing the name onto Jagex. We do not guarantee that your account will be unbanned or unmuted, however you will receive a message a message in your RuneScape Message Centre on the account in question once the account has been reviewed.

Thank you for helping. Once you have posted the account name on the Jagex 'Account Review' thread, please post here to let everyone know that the account has been posted, so that no-one else posts it again. If we notice that people are helping here often, then we may issue rewards or recognition.
